FAQ

Does drinking a cup of regular coffee produces the same effect as green coffee?

Drinking a cup of regular coffee does not produce the same effect. This is definite. In fact, coffee beans are originally green in color. Coffee beans turn brown, and gain a rich flavor and full-bodied aroma under a temperature of 475 degrees. Under such high heat, chlorogenic acid is destroyed during the roasting process.

Chlorogenic acid is the main content in coffee beans that has any effect on health, slimming and beauty. Therefore, most of the health benefits come from raw coffee beans. But consuming raw coffee beans may cause indigestion. By extracting the active ingredients from green coffee beans when they are still in their raw form, meaning unroasted, we can achieve high concentration of chlorogenic acid for easy consumption, while gaining optimal effectiveness without the extra burden on health.

Does green coffee extract contain caffeine?

Our Lean ‘n SlimTM green coffee bean extract contains only about 4.6 milligrams of caffeine per gram of coffee, while a cup of regular coffee contains at least 30 to 45 milligrams of caffeine per gram of coffee. Thus, the caffeine content in Lean ‘n SlimTM is only one-tenth (1/10) the amount of a cup of regular coffee.

Lean ‘n SlimTM green coffee extract does not make you feel nervous and uneasy like roasted coffee or other caffeine product. Contrary, its main active ingredient, chlorogenic acid, plays a key role in helping to burn fat and promote the metabolism of fat in the liver.

Why do I see residue when I stir Lean ‘n Slim into water?

Lean ‘n SlimTM contains resistant starch and this ingredient is dietary fiber. Therefore, sight of sediment is normal.

What is visceral fat?

Visceral fat is body fat that is stored within the abdominal cavity and is therefore stored around a number of important internal organs such as the liver, pancreas and intestines. Storing higher amounts of visceral fat is associated with increased risks of a number of health problems including type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.

What is subcutaneous fat?

Subcutaneous fat is body fat which builds up under the skin. It has less of a negative impact on health and is easier to lose than visceral fat.
